All staff at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital
Thank you for taking care of my mom recently who was admitted with breathing problems, when I came to bring her some essentials and to pick up her belongings when she was discharged the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist and security guard at the entrance were so uplifting at a difficult time. All the ward staff were so lovely, and allowed me to quickly see my mom before she was discharged. A big THANK YOU :-)
