All staff at Heartlands Hospital
I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all those who work at Heartlands. I have been very ill over the last 14 months, had numerous visits to hospital. Each time I have been to hospital I have been cared for to an extremely high standard, everything has been explained to me in a way I understand and I have not had one member of staff not smile at me. You are under extreme pressure, work very long hours and put yourself on the frontline because you genuinely care for others. Thank you.
