Celebrate a loved one at Christmas through our Light Up A Life Campaign and write a dedication below in their memory.
Any gift donations received on this page will go towards our Christmas Appeal, supporting poorly patients in hospital this Christmas.
For any donations, we will also place a beautiful bow on one of our dedicated trees at each of our hospitals in their memory and send you a picture of it along with a thank you letter. Bows will be placed on the Christmas Trees up to and including 20th December.
